According to the report, the information gathered nine months before the terrifying attack about what kind of dog Bruiser is was passed on the RSPCA, then immediately forwarded to the police for further investigation on the Banned Dog. Unfortunately, the police did not take any action to further investigate Bruiser and did not even confronted the owner’s who owned the American Pitbull that believes to be a “Banned Type“.
The Northamptonshire Safeguarding Children Board emphasized that if the Police and Proper Authorities have not failed to take action on the reported Banned Type American Pitbull they could avoided the tragic Dog attack incident on the six-month-old baby Molly-Mae Wotherspoon. If proper assessment were conducted by The Police nine months before the tragic Dog attack, during the time when Molly-Mae Wotherspoon is still not yet born they might positively obtain a warrant to take or remove Bruiser from owner’s home for proper assessment.
The Six-Month-old baby Molly-Mae Wotherspoon according to the report, suffered from a severe catalog of injuries, fractured skulls, severe dog bites from the Limb and some puncture wounds from the brain and left dead with severe loss of blood.
Molly’s mother Claire Riley and her grandmother Susan Aucott were both taken into custody and given a 2 years imprisonment because of the terrifying Dog Attack incident, they mismanage and are being careless on the responsibility to properly Care Molly-Mae Wotherspoon.
